Note: All returns deemed to be buyer remorse and not related to shipping damage or a warehouse shipping error are assessed our standard 20% restocking fee. 

Return Shipping is the generally the responsibility of the buyer unless deemed otherwise by JeepandTruckparts.com.

• Buyer must contact Jeepandtruckparts before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent back without authorization.
  
• For items that have been opened or installed: only the manufacturer’s warranty applies, no refund or return is allowed.
• If you send back an open, installed, or damaged item it will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.
• For purchases older than 30 days, Jeepandtruckparts will determine if the return will be allowed and a restocking fee of up to 50% can be applied. 
• No Returns are allowed on Special Order Parts, Tuning Devices, Tools, and Fuel Components.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method on file. Original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Package Refusal Policy

If you need to return an item, you will need to contact us to make arrangements and obtain an RMA#. Refusing a package will not result in it being sent back to our location. We reserve the right to refuse all inbound packages without a prior authorized return arrangement or RMA#.
