Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• All item ship within 1 business day from the time of purchase. We only sell items that are "100% guaranteed in stock".
• You can select which shipping option you prefer at checkout. We offer a range of shipping services to suit your needs.
  
• We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Any items that fail to deliver will be assessed our standard 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
• Orders over $500 automatically include signature confirmation for your protection. 
• Order confirmation and shipping details will either be sent via email or SMS depending on which option you chose.
• You can track you shipment via your email/SMS link we provide.
• Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Jeepandtruckparts.com does not guarantee delivery times. 
• Upgraded shipping such as 2 Day Air or Next Day Air are not guaranteed services. Any extra fees paid by the customer for these services are non-refundable.

Orders Policy:

• Orders are processed automatically within 15 minutes of the order being placed.
  
• Changes to orders & cancellation requests must be made within 15 minutes of the order being placed during normal business hours.
• Orders cannot be changed/cancelled after 15 minutes and must be treated as a normal return.
• If you need to upgrade shipping on an order, it is best to do so at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee being able to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.
